Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unaltered product

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and for any shipping fees associated with sending the exchanged item.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and inspect every item before shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at contact@shoplav.me with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
